A Fine Song
Another quality piece of music from Zap & The Wires. There is nothing wrong with this song. A decent piece of music. This deserves to be played on the radio. Good length, too. At two minutes forty-seven seconds it has a good chance to be played on the radio and reach the wider audience it deserves. Not too long, not too short. Special mention goes to the competent instrumentation, particularly the guitar solo. Keep up the good work, guys.

Top Notch country rock song!
This is my second review of one of the songs from this band. The songwriting is absolutely superb and this song is no exception. They say that the singer's name can't be stated and I must assume it's because he's a famous or Pro singer in this genre, because it shows. Extraordinary voice for country rock! Again the song writing itself for this song is just superb. The theme is great the lyrics are great, and once again this is another song that could be on the hit charts tomorrow! Finally, the audio production is top notch, like something out of Nashville! Highly recommended ....give this a listen!

A song for everyone
First of all good tight production. Vocal delivery is excellent. The lyrics are wise words for everyone. Don't fret about the past look to the future and do right. Your voice has great timber for this song. The delivery shows your versatility. You got your finger on the pulse of America this is American music at it's best. The guitar does not play over the vocals this is excellent. One of my pet peeves is playing over the vocals. Just a good clean delivery. I'm looking forward to hearing more from you.

Vibes!
I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

i soliti grandi

Good Song!
This is a solid song from the beginning.Good song writing. Very catchy and easy to remember and follow...which is the sign of a memorable song. Good singing and harmonies. Very interesting Lead Guitar part, almost has a George Harrison sound and feel, for some of his latter music. Congratulations and some fine work.

Bop review
Here's a good song by zapp and the wires this is a cool rocking country type of song it starts out really cool with a tight rhythm section and a good twangy country sound good song with fresh bells and whistles. The vocals and the hooks are exceptional and give the tune a really authentic sound.the while song in general rocks and keeps you moving and grooving. Again the song really moves and I wish you the best of luck.

Review for Zap & The Wires Song Its Just The road im on
this review for the song Its Just The road im on lend its self to an understanding that the song its self is ausome the vocals have all the essance of a great story and the music is presented proffessionaly but i might add however in this day and age the song is let down by the mastering the finish of the overall mastering dosent let you experance the music compilation fully for the beauty of all the notes and the great sound of the vocalist the clarity is the primary problem as nowerdays the old mastering that was applied to music was both analog and had a wooly and muffled finish to the music nowerdays we term this as retro sounding but with any musical piece it can be brought up to standard for the listeners to get that quality that is verry desirable and example is if i was to hear a bell chime outside and i can hear all the ringing clearly but then put ear mufflers on and lost all the essance of the chimes quality i wouldent have experanced the attachment of the emotional form of the chime correctly as it would have detached the clearity from the beauty so yes great track great artist but seriously lacking in the mastering department if i were to have heard this live i wouldent have got the mono muffled woolyness so why desplay such a great piece of music in such a way surely is a crime all the best and polish up the track we all will love it alot more and it is possible other artists have and they are being recieved accordingly all the best

Great Country Song
From the guitar licks in the intro intro you could tell this was going to be a class production. The vocals were as good or better than any country song on the radio. The melody was solid all the way through and everything in the production was as commercial as you could get. This song should be on the radio.

Road to Success!
One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song Zap's back with a country groove that simply shines bright in the summer sun. Lyrically, Zap always tells an engaging story - something that is enviable for a singwriter! Vocally and musically - just blends so nicely together. I am always impressed. Can I give you 10*'s?!

LIttle country
A bit of new country from Zap that takes a little bit to find its groove. The song starts off like its trying to fit into itself but Morphs nicely by the bridge into more of what we have come to expect from them. Always well played, one cant help but wonder if a little more "something" in the backing track for the main verse may have been the grease that would have made the verse stand out just a bit more. Still, the solo break was well done, the vocal climb into it sets it up nicely. I wouldn't fast forward, and the more I listen the more it grows on me.

Review of "It's Just the Road I'm On"
As usual, great mix job....Not really my favorite genre but, the vocals are great, very concise and just a good message overall. The string work is great, I feel it's needs a bit more bass to it (that could be personal taste?), but a solid job on a catchy riff. Good writing and though simple, a great arrangement. KUDOS to YOU.....Another great song! Respectfully Dave/CHRONIC PAIN

Great Sound if you love that country music
This was a great tune that's sounds perfectly balanced for this type of song. Great vocals and you can here them clearly. You can tell they put effort in the mix. They now have a new fan in me. Best Wishes

my thoughts
Thanks for sharing this tune. GREAT feel, the drummer is in the pocket and stays their which is really cool. Rock solid. You can tell the band is well rehearsed and has spent time in the studio. NOT their first rodeo. Lyrically, anyone who has been on the road playing music for any length of time can relate to this song. I know I can. GREAT job Zap.

It's Just The road I'm On review
I just got done listening to this one a couple times before I reviewed it. It has a great flow to it and the overall production is very acceptable for pitching to anyone (labels, publishers, artists...), if that's what you are doing. I like the dry approach to the recording that lays it out there clearly to hear. And I think your vocalist on this one is great for that country/country rock style of song. Lyrically, it is well written and flows nicely throughout the song. Good job on this one!

Zap & The Wires Review
I grew up in Metuchen, NJ so I was interested in what was coming out of Woodbridge (just up the road!). The production of the song is excellent & very professional. I assume this type of song is what's being called mainstream country and, to their credit, it's a bit extra than a traditional 1-4-5 progression so thumbs up for that. But there was very little, if any, extra runs or fills in the song that would have made it more interesting to me ... just strummed chords and a bass that stuck to the root for almost the entire song. I think the song would have been more interesting if the bass moved off of the root occasionally and there was an additional guitar (or keys) that filled in spots of had some movement into the next chord. The song was just a bit too plain for me and could have used a bit more creativity to make it better.
