Soulful country!

great recording, great lyrics, great composition pleasure to listen to :) Love the harmonies and the simplicity of it all, great voices and being a keyboardist myself, the organ sound reminds me of some of Rod Stewarts songs!! Great Job..

Strikes Twice

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song Zap returns to a passionate country origin with the sweet twang of a guitar that compliments the seasoned vocals of a true performer.

Lightening Strikes

Hey Zap & The Wires, I like the mellow sound of this song track. I especially like the song lyrics. Your words hit the heart and pluck it’s strings resonating with the lost soul. The words are well crafted to bestow hope like rain…. “When you’re hangin’ on the end of your rope Fate may step in and renew your hope Don’t give up on love don’t run away” on a weary soul hoping to step through the right door of fate to find that soulmate. The electric guitar strings are especially great in the accompaniment. So many times I have said it before, you are a mall great at creating music and songs that strike a common chord of feeling in the hearts of all who hear it. Just keeps getting better with every effort!

Vibes!!

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Fantastic modern country rock tune!

I thoroughly enjoyed this song! Everything, from the entire production, to the musicianship, to the vocals, to the lyrics, was totally professional. This is a song you would hear on the radio if you tuned into a country rock station. I particularly like the addition of the organ, which supplied a great texture and harmonic background to the whole song. Vocals were top-notch and musicianship, once again, top notch! I look forward to hearing more from this band. Even the name of the band Zap & The Wires is totally cool. Love it! Much success to all of you. Tommy Marcinek

Very good song.

Very good song, It is normal to get lost in the waters of exciting music. It is normal to respond to the stimulation of harmonious music.it is normal to remember life experiences through specific music, just as it is normal to look for a refuge in music. Music, like a sphere, encloses an environment and protects it. Music covers us like a dress, like a medicine heals us. Music a flag, a light, a color, a food. Music is a celebration, it is a farewell, it is also a consolation. Society, like a tissue of the human body, is full of running engines that work at the same time, each one with different characteristics, sizes and aspects. Each motor performs a specific function and each one plays an indispensable role so that everyone, in turn, can perform their own function. When music enters the fibers of our humanity and becomes part of this machinery, surprising energy plays in favor of each of the engines that make up the same, immediately orchestrated changes are manifested for a common good and the journey that music undertakes inthe fabric of a community is the stimulus that contributes to restoring what needs to be rehabilitated.Exactly as it happens to the individual, it happens to the collective:the positive discharge emitted by the sounds of exciting music, they are a nourishing food, it is normal to respond to the stimulation of harmonious music,It is normal to feel that something has changed, it is normal to feel rehabilitated. Music transforms everything, this is not an experiment, it is a reality.

Lightning Strikes review

I haven't heard one from you lately and it's refreshing to hear this one coming to me. Being a more 'traditional' sort of country writer myself already sways me to this particular song. It has that easy flow to allow the vocalist plenty of room to embellish on his melody while still driving ahead with the power needed to hit a homer. The solid guitar based track behind him has a fresh sound that still comes across as a familiar 'classic'. Everything here is spot on and the lyrics are well written in their message. Nice production that delivers this song to the ears of the listener and should be a winner for anyone that performs it live! Thanks for submitting it.

Music Appreciation

I just picked this tune to play and was very glad I did. I was really listening and felt the vocal was honest and open and true feelings were in and around the Artist. I thought there was a real good connection between the band and the Artist. I would definitely give this tune a vote and hope one day it winds up on Fm Radio. Well done Jersey Boys, Zap and The Wires.

Orecchibile

my thoughts

LOVE the feel of this song. Thanks for sharing. The first line of the verses reminds me of a song but I cant put my finger on it. Lots of GREAT stuff here. As usual y'all are tight, the mix is great with the vocal out front. Are you singing harmony with yourself? It sounds good. Overall fantastic job. Thanks
