throwback why don't cha'

i don't think they will let me name someone the vocal is very reminiscent of. hint he's british and took his first from from the king from memphis. This is a very commercial fun song easy to listen to and hum along. I only have two small problems with the song. first although i like it i do feel it's a little outdated , way too many subtle references intended or not to the new wave era. The second thing is the vocals should up more in the mix the band is burying them a bit too much... Ok , now the mix is well done , and the band is tight and does help make the song more interesting.

Interesante producción.

Muy Buen tema! Me gusta como está producido. Buena mezcla. me agrada la línea melódíca, la armonía. Buen sonido, interesantes ideas. Lindas guitarras y arreglos. Me agrada también el timbre de la voz!!! ÉXITOS!

Great Song

The mix is ever so slightly muddy. The higher end could be brought up (like very upper high end on EQ) could use a broad pull up (rather than a spike) just to give the vocals and instruments more air, space, and harmonics. Could surgically remove paricular middle frequencies in master to remove those "muddy" frequencies (even just playing with presents with inbuilt EQs for vocal clarity for example can show you where those little mid frequency bumps). Also think the mix could use ever so slight an amount of sub low end. Just to boost bass instrument and give the song that full bas underbelly that moves you.

Vibes!

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Hello I've rated your music 2.5 out of 10. Mainly the groove is catchy and the melody is unique, however I don't think it has enough swing in the song. In other words there should be a natural connection to the melody and rhythm. Hello I've rated your music 2.5 out of 10. Great pop/rock band with fine production...one of the best on this forum !

As always I review when playing the song. Nice to the point intro...I immediately think of Zucchero about how he used his voice. He started causious and in later songs he used his voice in a rougher way. The song makes me think about the "Friends" song mixed with a little REM, and REO Speedwagon guitar sounds. Relaxed american pop/rock. Good production/mix...maybe a reference track for comparison of highend...Good band, fine song, very musical...(says this amateur reviewer who makes computermusic and cannot play or sing this good !). I guess with high tones, mid/side, saturation and such you can give the production just a little extra. You will do well !....

Well 'Done Country Rock

The arrangement combines disparate elements into a well produced country rock. Like a skilled alchemist, the song transforms raw feelings into refined expressions, leaving the listener with a sense of catharsis. In the allegorical garden of music, this song blooms with a poignant beauty. It invites the listener to wander through its verses like a wanderer in a dream, discovering echoes of their own experiences mirrored in the delicate strains of the melody. Good mixed and mastered.

Great guitar pop ++++

Love this vibe. Great guitar pop, very well recorded. Brings to mind a few great bands who this style really well. Very clean guitar work and a really cool pop song. Will be checking more of their stuff. All the best guys. ATF.
