So it is with no doubt that the masses are anticipating the release of Zii debut album…..
Born Zinhle Kunene, she grew up around legendary singers like the late legendary Brenda Fassie, Sharon Dee, Arthur Mafokate, etc. She was bound to be hit by the music bug. Zii started her music career at a very tender age. She has performed in shows like Castle Loud, Jam Alley and was part of the Viceroy Experience Party in Pyramid.
Zii started performing with her sister Zanele as a duo in 2008 leaving everyone in amazed with their stage presence. She recorded a few songs with one single being featured on two house compilations being (Ganyani House Groove 5 and Ziyawa mo Volume 1).
She has begun working on her debut album, with all the lyrics written by Zii which is a rare find in the music world. She is now working under the watchful eye of LongweMedia Artist management. They hard at work to get a new single out for summer time 2013 and a 10 track album in which will be a cocktail as it fuses different genres.
