Hi all, Just to say thanks very much for subscribing, I take it that you are enjoying our music and I thank you so much for listening.

2012 saw us release our first album - we were overwhelmed by hte 100% great reviews (will quote some below), and the international radio play and digital/online play.
We have decided to record again in a couple of months for a summer release to keep the pot boiling and build on what we have achieved so far.

About Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion
Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion is a six piece line-up whose members are all individually renowned as performers in their own right, and who have come together these past six years to put their pe Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion
Initially gaining a performing arts degree at Middlesex University, Zoe went on to perform with an extraordinarily wide range of musicians including Harrison Birtwistle, Emma Kirkby, Scott Stroman and Keith Tippett. It was only three years after her first gig that Zoe made her debut at Ronnie Scott’s playing a week opposite Monty Alexander. Continuing along this path, Zoe really honed in and found her niche. Through sheer hard word, extensive gigging, recording and experimenting with material, it became obvious that Zoe had a real leaning towards blues with her natural yearning quality and searing intensity. This all achieved through the good old fashioned ‘live’ experience. As a result this has lead to many theatre and festival dates and subsequently her quite meteoric rise in profile leading to an increase in all round exposure though magazine interviews, reviews, airtime, and her life story on BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Great Escapes’.
The other essential ingredient to this success has been a long standing collaboration with guitarist Rob Koral, both as co-song writer and co-bandleader. This has ultimately lead to their major project BLUE COM
