SKADA VARA is a ska band from Tromsø, Norway. They played their first noisy concert at 30. may 2009, and since then the band has expanded and refined the band project. The band now counts ten musicians, including saxophone, trumpets and trombone in addition to the rough rhythm section and Alex' characteristic rap vocals. The first EP 'Et apeliv' was released 26. may 2012 on Badlands, and got very good reviews. They have played a bunch of concerts, and are known to make a great live experience!
The ten band members have over hundred years of varied musical experience - from punk, ska and reggae through rock and metal via classical music to rap and hip hop. Now all this blend in an explosive norwegian ska-reggae act!
